Being inactive is the fastest way to lose your strength, stamina, and mobility. It is also the fastest way to see your waistline expand like the United States in the 1800’s. If you continue to eat correctly, train hard and CHANGE your mindset, you can still develop a great physique past 40 and 50 years old.
